Hard/Bran Language

My hearty arteries keep me fit physically up and on my feet
My artsy heart keeps my emotions in motion
With no direction still is motion, yeah I know
Though my mind keeps on moving
I don't know which way to move
All my friends are in my life
But not in my head
So what could I be thinking?
What could anyone be thinking?

My mouth moves but my body communicates
Language lies, actions can't
As far as I know at least
I don't like talking so much anyway
So I think and act
Who am I?
I am what I think and act on
And you, you're on my mind
So lets not talk
