By thy shadow,

I sense a light for the rusty old crows

Never a stranger,

To the endeavors end where happiness grows.



It was a night of joy

But it'll be just memories of dust, tomorrow.



By thy shadow,

And from the wall you can see us all down low,

It's not the same here,

Salvation is in the cold ground,

While we keep our heads high.



The dark still scares us all

Before the task we are blind

Learning how to act right.
