Drop Out

Woke up today at 6 am
the same routine yet again.
Will it ever end?
I know it won't,
so why do i still pretend?
The only thing that brings me back is the promise of your beautiful face in my english class.
You're the right girl for me;
You say bless you when i sneeze.
I'm sick and tired of this place (drop out).
You and me, let's escape (drop out).
Everyone's rushing to be first place.
They don't realize its all just a rat race.
All i learn is how the government is swell.
All i learn is how not to be myself.
Time to flunk another test.
Looks like i'm really not the best. I've stopped trying,
but i maintain.
Everything i needed,
i learned in 1st grade.
