I am eagle
I can touch the clouds
Spread my wings out proud
Survey the land
Watch for movement in the sand
I can hold my own when the storms they come
I can hunt from the sky
Take my prey by surprise
I can stay with you
When the babies are new
I can build a nest from the pieces we collect
I am eagle

I can not move your machines
I can not bring back the trees
I cannot have my day in court
Let my voice be heard
See I been part of this land
Before the humans first sang
And they know my name
