The River

i fell in love with you again
i stand with clothes on but i'm naked in my head
and though i try to disappear at night
i've got a plan this time, a plan to make things right
and it goes:

i'll be jumping in the river
going where the water flows
and i will let that water wash away
the sins of my father's hands
that were passed down to me

with blues and greens i've never seen so bright
