Useless

The greatest day that I've had in years
It made me smile and reach both ears
I would have quite at any cost
But my surprise I got laid off
And now the state pays all my bills
The sickest part and this really kills
Is not coming up with this years ago
If I had only known

An now I laugh at all my peers
Who whine about precious careers
I'm better off here on my couch
I practice cards, perfect my slouch
And 15 years of school's awhile
If I traded books for class and style
I could have planned this years ago
If I had only known
