Paralysing Dream

Why can't I awake?
This paralysing dream
Why can't I move?
Impossible it seems

Frightening is this nightmare
So evil when it comes to me
Terrified I can't move
No matter how hard I try
My limbs are frozen
By the weight of demons
Sitting on my chest
Or is this a myth?
My mind could be damaged
And that is why sleep is haunting me

No more lying down
Lying on my back
'Cause that is when
That is when it attacks
