When I walk the city streets I often wonder where you are.
Are you alone like me or with somebody
just being the girl you are?
Sometimes when I stay up late
I close my eyes and make believe you are by my side.
And I wonder.
When I finally fall asleep I dream we're flying through the stars.
I could spend my entire life a-watching you just being that girl you are.
