Hopefull Desperation

Hopefull Desperation
It?s been a few days that I began to feel
Something inside us is not the way it ought to be
All I know is that somehow you slipped away
And all what remains is just a mess inside of me
Because I see that
?though you?re beside me I can not reach you
You?re anywhere but here
Do you feel the waters rise outside?
There?s no place to hide
Drowning in hopeful desperation
But still I see the sun up in the sky
When clouds are passing by
Shining with hopeful desperation
Can we stop us from loosing ourselves?
Now I wonder if we can rearrange
And if there?s a chance to find a little space of time
So we got to find out where to turn from here
Or if all the closed doors never can be opened again
Because I see that
