I've had a long fucking day,
I'm sorry for the way that I was acting
I've been buried in stress here lately
I could use a distraction
Something to take me away
And clear my head from this dark space

From reoccurring nightmares
Of ending up standing still and fractious
From a life half lived and doubted
It's sickening, it scares me
