we hold on and stay up all night
strayed a little far from the beaten path
i saw my reason lifting off the ground
and i heard you whisper 'i'm gone'

no time to question the values or reasons why
i'm just not living the wild life

got a lot on your plate

i picture a conscious feeling better that high
