Surprise party for me in the new days sun we wasted the after
By an old back pond and my life's on the line and the future is on the

Down in the Gypsum fields a fire was started they don't know how
But everything was burning down, down to the ground

So when I open the door to go outside to where I could see all
I could see the glow for miles and miles and miles
