Dedication

What do you want out of life? Are you just gonna sit there - or do you intend to take life in both hands, and decide for yourselves? Living our own lives, I think that we should try - and choose direction for ourselves... well what I want out of life is excitement, is learning and a good time; living in a conscious way, with respect for all of those around me. But I want some dedication - for once I want the truth; too often things we say are not the things we do what did it meant to you, what does it mean to you; you're breaking promises, there's nothing I can do all the years of hope, all those days of change, it seems all so far away and the things we did and all the friends me made - the damage we did and all the friendships that faded - all the people that were there they went away - they were the ones who promised they were here to stay - all the good we did and all the bad that came out - this song is for those who are still around I want some dedication - for once I want the truth; too often things we say are not the things we doo what did it mean to you - what did it mean to you; you're breaking promises, there's nothing I can do but if you ever need me, you know that I'll be there, now questions will be asked - no price you'll have to pay I want some dedication...
