Mirror Vision (Tunnel Vision)

If you stare at yourself
long enough
in a mirror
you'll get tunnel vision
grey fog closing in from the corners

i did it a few times when i was younger
blocking out:
buck teeth
and thin hair
and weak chin

i'm pretty sure there's something dangerous about it
but every time i blinked
snapping the focus back
that big goofy face was smiling
