Christmiscarriage

i didn't do as i was told
so all i got was a lump of coal

i think santa must be getting old
because he brought me something to fight the cold

"he knows when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake"
but i get the idea he might be a fake

if he knew if i'd be naughty of nice
then he'd have brought me a chunk of ice

it's freezing in here
and i've been bad all year
if this coal keeps me warm
then i'll be bad next year
