my hands up around my face and then

upon the wall i began to paste the drawings

i brought from very far away



and i see my sameness

and look the other way

and i see my sameness

time and time and time again my friend

i can see so much more



to long for another place and when

the things i lost i regained to lose control

the things i thought are buried far away
