Where I Grew Up (prelude To School Days)

I grew up in a little town world
Wasn't a lot there to see
Where I was born
When a little town girl, married my dad and had me.
We lived in a neighborhood, in a neighborhood.
And my whole world was just 3 square blocks round
And the top of my world was up in my favourite tree.
Someday I knew I would go back there to see
Where I grew up.
