How Do I Know If I'm Dreaming?

If i was to get out of here
which way would i go?
it seems like i'm always searching for something
but it's always fruitless
i can't stand it.

can you tell that i've grown tired?
i haven't slept in weeks in seems
and now i am ready to take on this world again

i would give the infinite dollar
to anyone who could figure out why i'm here
and what i'm looking for
