Teenage Thing

My mother says my bedroom stinks,
She don't know what of,
That's the smell of teenage angst,
And it's a smell I know and love.

Don't tell me that I have to change, cause I know...
Don't tell me where I have to be, cause I won't go...
This teenage thing takes over and says no!

Everybody says my tempers short,
That just makes me mad,
Is there no way that I can prove them wrong?
