The Silence Of Her Fall

Strange are the masks
we wear
What is there to hide?
A tone was set for truth
A tone was was set for lie
-two tones so hard to grasp
A lie of no comfort
is a lie without content
As thoughts unconsciously
surface
our masks come hard to bear
Does her silence
speak of words?
Is her falseness indisguisable?
Set apart from the
character in sleep -noble lies
A shame struck her
deeper than fear
So many faces in the line
So many truths to take aside
Within the core of ones I
we build the lie
A flight within the walls
of her soul
now ended in despair;
the deeper you look
the deeper you fall
She left us with a note-
"taken farther down"
The silence then
she broke-
The silence of her fall
