The Uncertainty Of How Things Are

My world is falling down
With such a speed I have never known
What shall become of me?
I don't know who I am
When did this all happen?
Am I alive?

I'm frightened of the cost
This will only do me harm
What can I do?

If you could see me now
Would you still believe in me
Or run away?
At last the work is done
Now I can arrest myself
