ceremony guns
ringin' 'round the parlaiment
ricocheting through the alleyways
and crackin' the cement
when I gaze above the rooftops
I see my own setting sun
I step outside
and I can't hold on

rumbles in the underground
shake the gardens at my feet
as I stumble past the church downtown
the cascading balconies
and the sounds outside my window
collapse the walls inside my mind
and I'm lost in this riot
