Midwest Pub Scene Songtext

So when we got to Arizona I started to feel thirsty,
And off to the nearest pub I went hands like a ninety year old man.
And when I got inside the pub, I grabbed the nearest barchair.
And off to the stars and sky I went enjoying a talk with an old timer man.

I said Man whatcha livin for?
He said oh son Ive got no more.
My dreams died many moons ago
As Im sure you know.

Do we belong? Cause I cant tell no more.
Do we belong? Cause I cant ask no one.

So I left that pub like a ball of dust, just going where I could then.
And found myself seeing some crazy things, making me think what I dont want to think.
Everywhere I look it seems there are oddities.
For instance the Sun doesnt come up on days, you wish that it would and you pray that it may.

So I said man whatcha livin for?
Ive found that living with less brings more.
And it clicks my hands died long ago.
I should have known.

Do we belong? Cause I cant tell no more.
Do we belong? Cause I cant ask no one.

Now I can see clearer than day
How could you be in such a hurry
Now I can see.

Do we belong? Cause I cant tell no more.
Do we belong? Cause I cant ask no one.
