Everything Comes, Everything Goes Songtext

Everything comes,
Everything goes,
Put a mirror to my head if you want me to remember.

I'm sitting on the planet that's beside the planet that's in front of the blue planet, with all the planets of planets that's not to far away (in space talk that is) from the big mad planet that's blocking the light from the sun, and making all the little planets' creatures sick and unhappy.
And I know that if those little furry creatures could just understand me for ten seconds, I could really help them out, but they only understand some sort of high pitched squeak that I can't do, too bad.

I was asked to gather my thoughts, and I agreed that this was perhaps a good idea, but as soon as I gave it a go, I realised why I had left them scattered about the place giving the impression of lots of loose cleverness, and the reason was, when I looked at them all together, I could see that there was only one or two.
That's very sad.
Too bad.

What dog? I didn't know I had a dog?

Everything comes,
Everything goes,
Put a mirror to my head if you want me to remember you,
Everything comes,
Everything goes,
And you know that I'd be happy,
If you remembered me.

Look, I don't want to bore you to death with all my personal problems, but
when I walked in here you asked me "Was everything OK?". That's quite a
lot of things to ask if they're ok, I don't know, I think my biggest problem
is that I sit around too much thinking of things, when I should be going
out with girls or even friends.
Anyway, how're you? Hope you're not still having unsafe sex with every
second person you meet. Still smoking Silk Cut?
It's nearly Christmas and you know what that means?
Yeah, the wizard of oz.

The wizard of oz.

Everything comes,
Everything goes,
Put a mirror to my head if you want me to remember you,
Everything comes,
Everything goes,
And you know that I'd be happy,
If you remembered me.

It's all go, it's all go!

Everything comes,
Everything goes,
Put a mirror to my head if you want me to remember you,
Everything comes,
Everything goes,
And you know that I'd be happy,
If you remembered me.

The west is dying,
Can I be God?
