Long ago in a different home
I was sitting on my hands all day
It wears me down when I hang around
I wonder if I'll ever change my way

Long ago on a different road
I was traveling on the darkest night
The road would wind but the moon did shine
And I knew I'd make it out alright

Long before I was something more
I was looking for my place to be
I saw so much but was out of touch
Now I'm home wherever I may be
