Every morning the day bleeds in

Our bodies lay warm ~ I wanna sleep in

Fuck the alarm with its incessant beep

Tucked in your arms is where I wanna keep

I'll call in sick and sleep the day away

When I see those brown eyes, I guess I gotta stay

If we could, I'd say “let's quit society”

Let's drive around and disregard propriety
