Anti-Decisions

everything's exactly how i planned it out to be
written on the calendar with set daily routines
reaching my potential should be easy to achieve
or so my gentleman anxiety would lead me to believe

when I notice
the decisions that i've made
it already is usually a bit too late
by a minute
or an hour
or a whole day
so on and so forth
forever

it's hard to not be surprised
when your decisions turn out all right

i'm so proud
of how things turned out
i don't know how
but we're better off now!
