take a walk down a cracked city street and realize that life around you is abundant. now, you can take out your metal ribs mr. unitas. so much steel cannot protect your heart when you see all that is pretty, but, hardly anything so beautiful it can pierce your bulletproof hide. i believe nietzche now and i'm not going to die weak. pretending that i'm alive and always not ever actually living. we hear what we want. we've lost just as much. it's nothing until we can sing it's truth.
